The filename is a 4-digit number that will correspond with the Watermark across the image in the linked galleries. When you checkout in our store, you will be prompted to enter your selected image number. Once the order is placed, please allow 24 hours for final image delivery (as this is unfortunately a manually delivered process).

Digital image(s) provided is a 300 dpi JPG with a safe max printing size of 12”x15” at full resolution (most files can safely print larger with minimal upscaling). Digital photos are provided with a small, unobtrusive, corner watermark of the photographer. Some images may use a wider crop (usually just for the wider starting line images). Safe max printing for these is 12”x18”.

Pre-Order pricing is provided at a discount to post-event pricing. We really appreciate on-site ordering as it provides a better sense of our earnings for the weekend (and our business is entirely reliant on digital photo sales). However we understand a desire to review photos before deciding to purchase them.

If you pre-order, and wish to increase the number order after the event, we will honor pre-order pricing. We just ask that you process a minimum single photo order to lock in pre-order pricing.

The images that are being provided to you are licensed copies for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web/social media publishing. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: commercial advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
